Baksa lift Futsal title

GUWAHATI, Aug 6: Baksa emerged champion in the 1st U-17 Inter District Futsal Championship defeating Dima Hassao 2-0 in the fil held at the Deshbhakta Tarun Ram Phukan Indoor Stadium here today. Altogether 14 districts took part in the competition. Sanjiv Gohain Baruah, Secretary, Sports (Government of Assam), was the Chief Guest in the iugural function while Debashish Bose, Assistant General Secretary of Gauhati Sports Association was the Chief Guest in the closing function.
