During the 24-hour bandh, the students pelted stones at vehicles at Geruwa, Manipur, Kustoli and Basaghat. Besides, activists of some organizations tried to set fire on an Alto car at Manipur area, just four km away from Morigaon town. No four wheelers plyed on the road during the bandh hours. The attendance in government offices was sparse.
