Bandh total in Morigaon

MORIGAON, May 7: The Assam bandh called by the Asom Ga Parishad (AGP) on Thursday was successful in Morigaon. No vehicles plyed on the road and schools, colleges and business establishments remained closed. The attendance of staff in offices was poor. Talking to the media persons, the AGP district secretary Bireswar Medhi said  that the land swap deal bill should not be passed in the Lok Sabha or they would resort to stir.
