Bank looted in Gohpur

Gohpur/Biswath Chariali, May 24: Four robbers entered the Assam Gramin Vikash Bank, Dafflagarh branch under Gohpur subdivision on Wednesday morning and looted Rs 4,55,600.

 As per the statement of the witness, the gang started blank firing to generate terror and ran away towards the Assam-Aruchal border with the money kept in table drawers. What has surprised everyone is the fact that this branch of Assam Gramin Vikash Bank does not have any security guard.
