Basanta Utsav concludes

GUWAHATI, April 13: The Basanta Utsav of SATSAREE, an NGO, concluded at Srimanta Sankaradev Kalakshetra here on Friday.  The Utsav had a lively poets’ meet where over 20 poets read out their poems. The poets’ meet that was inaugurated by noted poet Meera Thakur and anchored by poet Anij Uj Jaman was attended by poet Nirupama Sarma Parajali and others. There was an open session presided over by SATSAREE president Mandira Baruah. The programme concluded with the performance of a Bihu husori troupe.
