DEMOW, April 2:Basanti Puja celebration started from Sunday in Demow.  On Sunday, the idol was brought to the mandapand after that the belbaranstarted. The incessant rain affected the flow of people to the mandap. The dhol beating started in the mandap. The MahaSaptami Puja will start on Monday, where people will come to the mandap and offer prayers and light lamps before BasantiMaa.
