SHILLONG, Aug 18: The 22nd Junior Basic Certificate Course conducted by Meghalaya Cooperative Training Institute, Shillong started here today in the premises of Meghalaya State Housing Fincing Cooperative Society Ltd. In Nongrim Hills in Shillong. The event was graced by Minister HDR Lyngdoh as the chief guest.
