Sao Paulo, May 12: Former Brazil intertiol midfielder Michel Bastos scored late to hand Sao Paulo a 1-0 victory over Brazilian rivals Atletico Mineiro in the first leg of their Copa Libertadores quarter-fil. Bastos broke the deadlock in the 79th minute when he headed in Wesley’s curling free kick at Sao Paulo’s Morumbi stadium here on Wednesday, reports Xinhua.
