Bayern rule out sale of Lewandowski, Alaba

Berlin, June 7: Bayern Munich CEO Karl-Heinz Rummenigge on Tuesday ruled out the possibility of selling Polish forward Robert Lewandowski or Austrian midfielder David Alaba to any other football club and stressed that "we closed the door on them". In an interview with German magazine Sport Bild, Rummenigge said: "No player will leave Bayern Munich unless we want him to leave," in response to rumours linking Lewandowski and Alaba to a Real Madrid move. The Bavarian giants CEO highlighted the good relations between Bayern Munich and Real Madrid, as well as their rivals Barcelo. IANS
