GOLAGHAT March 22: Brihattar Asomiya Yuba Mancha (BAYM) newly-appointed in-charge general secretary Prab Jyoti Handique on Wednesday expressed concern over how some expelled BAYM leaders were trying to misled its members and public by spreading some baseless news. In a statement, chief Advisor, president and general secretary in-charge of BAYM, Atul Gogoi, Amal Sonowal and Prab Handique respectively said that some leaders of BAYM were expelled from the organization for alleged involvement in unlawful activities against the ethics and rules of the organization. They further said that a section of expelled BAYM leaders had formed a new committee by introducing themselves as central committee leaders and they were spreading false news that the committees of Golaghat, Dibrugarh and Jorhat had been dissolved said the BAYM leaders.
