BAYM's committee formed

DULIAJAN, Nov 12:  A meeting was held recently in the premises of Indian OIL Workers’ Union office regarding constitution of Duliajan gar Samity of Brihottor Asomiya Yuba-Mancha (BAYM). The meeting was presided over by Mash Jyoti Baruah, president of Dibrugarh district committee of BAYM. In the meeting, various issues were discussed like repair of dilapidated condition of road in the area and skyrocketing prices of essential commodities. In the meeting Jyotish Gogoi was selected as president and Pankaj Gogoi as general secretary of the 50-member Duliajan gar Samity of BAYM. Mikshi Gogoi, president of Brihottor Asomiya Mahila Manch and Jayanta Kalita, assistant secretary of Duliajan Anchalik committee of BAYM attended the meeting.
