BBL matches to air live in US, Cada

Sydney, July 11: Making its foray into the US market, Cricket Australia (CA) on Monday announced its new broadcast deals, which will air Big Bash League (BBL) matches in the US and Cada.

Besides inking new deals in both the countries, the Australian board has renewed an existing deal with Willow for the next five years ebling Willow subscribers to live stream all men’s and women’s intertiol matches and domestic competitions - BBL and the WBBL.

CA also joined hands with NBC Sports Network (NBCSN), which is available in nearly 85 million US households and the network will show a weekly BBL “match of the round” live and on replay. All the tourment fils will also be aired on delay. In Cada, CA signed Asian Television Network (ATN) for the next five years, as exclusive rights holder of all men’s and women’s intertiol matches, as well as domestic competitions - the BBL and the WBBL. Fans in Cada, who subscribe ATN will also be able to live stream content at CA’s website. IANS
