BCCI mes squads for women's Challenger Trophy

New Delhi, June 1: The Board of Control for Cricket in India here on Monday announced the squads -- India Red, India Blue and India Green (Under-19) -- for the women's Challenger Trophy to be held at Mysuru during June 14-17.

BCCI secretary Anurag Thakur said the tourment will be the groundwork for India's bilateral series against New Zealand in June-July 2015.

The squads:

India Red: Smriti Mandha (Captain), Shikha Pandey, Poom Raut, Latika Kumari, Sneha Morey, Madhusmita Behera, Kalpa R., Sneh Ra, Megh S., Snehal Pradhan, S. Shubhlakshmi, Rajeshwari Gayakwad, Poom Yadav.

India Blue: Harmanpreet Kaur (Captain), Thirushkamini M.D., Paramita Roy, Veda Krishmurthy, Sarika Kohli, Rakshita K. Kalegowda, Sushma Verma, Anuja Patil, Niranja garajan, Anya Upendran, Kavita Patil, Ekta Bisht, Preeti Bose.

India Green (Under-19): Devika Vaidya (Captain), Deepti Sharma, Priya Punia, Divya Gnd, Ramya Doli, Pushpa Kiresur, Jemimah Rodrigues, Ekta Singh, Tejal Hasabnis, Saika Ishaque, Pooja Vastrakar, Sushree Pradhan, Tania Bhatia. IANS
