BCPL female employees visit Home for Destitute

Dibrugarh, March 10: With a view to observing the Intertiol Women’s Day in a unique and unexceptiol way, the female staff of Brahmaputra Cracker and Polymer Limited (BCPL) recently celebrated the day by visiting the Home for Destitute which is being run by the Missiories of Charity at Boiragimoth, and by organizing various games and competition among the home inmates.

Apart from the games, a cake cutting ceremony was organized and then trophies were distributed among the winners of the various competitions. Later, on behalf of the BCPL magement, the female employees doted a 25-litre geyser for the destitute home and distributed fruits to old inmates.

Speaking on the occasion, the Senior Officer, Public Relations and Corporate Communications, BCPL, Lovita Das, said that this was a rare experience for all the female employees of BCPL.
