BCPL wins award for HR magement

Dibrugarh, Feb 20: Brahmaputra Cracker and Polymer Ltd. (BCPL) became a proud recipient of the ‘Award for Innovation in Recruitment’ by World HRD Congress on the theme of ‘HR Talent Magement Leadership Awards’ in its 26th edition of award ceremony held recently in Mumbai.

The award serves an excellent platform to promote and recognize quality by highlighting leading organizatiol practices by presenting their case studies or papers to compete on HR Practices. The award aims at recognizing and lauding the best industry benchmarking talents and HR practices. The awards witnessed participation from over 300 tiol as well as intertiol organizations across the world with almost 3000 HR leaders attending the event. The nomition and selection process was evaluated by esteemed jury members from academia and various industries of the World HRD congress. BCPL was recognized for its involvement in innovative initiatives like  e-recruitment. The key focus behind e-recruitment initiative was to drive an online recruitment process by elimiting the existing manual process of recruitment. Further, it ebled BCPL for pan- India reach in search of prospective candidates.
