Believers' Church organizes free medical camp

KOKRAJHAR, Oct 10: Bridge of Hope, a child care project part of the Believers’ Eastern Church, organized a medical camp at Mosalabari village under Karigaon police outpost area in Kokrajhar district recently to give free health check-up and accordingly provide free medicines to children and adults.

Dipankar Rajbongshi, Karigaon government medical practitioner, accompanied by a nurse extended the medical service. Bisto Basumatary, the head of Mosalabari village said, “We are truly thankful to the church for bringing hope to our village children through the project Bridge of Hope. We have witnessed changes in their lives and education.”

Rev Fr Ajay Tulsiary, the Vicar General of Believers Eastern Church Diocese of Bongaigaon, Janosh Basumatary, Ratan Basumatary, the BOH project coorditor, Diphu Basumatary and around 150 children along with their parents were present.
