Bhagya Lakshmi Anchalik Sishu-Kalyan Kendra observes foundation day

DEMOW, October 14: Bhagya Lakshmi Anchalik Sishu-Kalyan Kendra observed its 37th foundation day recently in 2 No ba Jyoti Primary School in Bandarmari with a day-long programme.

On this occasion the flag was hoisted by Gopal Sarma, Vice-Principal of the Bhagya Lakshmi Anchalik Sishu-Kalyan Kendra. Under the patroge of Assam State AIDS Prevention Committee, a free health check-up as well as awareness camp was also organized for children and women where Madan Phukan, Health Instructor of Demow Block Primary Health Centre (BPHC), Uttam Borah, Block Extension Educator, and Baby Dowari were present.  Dr. Dandeswar Deori of Demow Model Hospital was also present and he treated the patients.
