High-speeding overload dumpers plying in Mangaldai-Bhutiachang SH-4 carrying construction materials have started giving nightmare to the people of Tangla town and its suburbs. Various student organizations and locals have demanded diversion of the dumpers’ route to Panery-Bengbaroi-Mekenzi road.
