Biennial conference of DXX

DULIAJAN, MARCH 31: The biennial conference of Duliajan Xahitya Xabha (DXX) will be held on April 5 at the premises of Public Library, Duliajan. As part of the programme, in the morning the flag will be hoisted by DXX president Dipika Kotoky which will be followed by smirti torpan, annual general meeting and delegates selection session. In the afternoon, an open meeting will be held where Mayur Borah, Dilip Kr.Das, Head (PR),OIL and Ajoy Singh, president of Dibrugarh District Xahitya Xabha will be present as chief guest, special guest and guest of honour respectively.
