Bike stolen

GOLAGHAT (Dhekial), May 8: The rising incidents of theft have made the people of Golaghat worried. This time, thieves dared to steal a motorbike which was parked in front of the Golaghat Police Station. On Monday, Bulen Mudoi of Akagaon under Golaghat Police Sation came to the SBI Golaghat Branch in a Honda Shine bike owned by his friend Sanjib Bora. He parked the bike in front of the SBI Golaghat branch located in front of Golaghat Police Station and entered the bank. After sometime when he came out, he found his bike missing. Later, the matter was informed to the SBI authority. The SBI officials checked CCTV camera footage and it was confirmed that his bike was stolen. The matter was reported to the police and Golaghat Police have started investigation. But this incident has again raised questions on the efficiency of the police of Golaghat.
