BJP in Tripura to go for micro-level booth magement drive

Agartala, July 24: Keeping an eye on the forthcoming State assembly election scheduled to be held in early next year, the Bharatiya Jata Party to go for a micro-level booth magement drive across the State. The decision was taken in a meeting of the BJP state committee, which was attended by general secretary in-charge of Northeast Ajoy Jamwal in the party’s state head quarter here on Sunday. 
All the district presidents and secretaries, members of the core committee and heads of the seven morchas (frontal organizations) attended the meeting.  Talking to the reporters, the BJP state president Biplab Deb said the party had eight hundred office bearers starting from state committee up to mandal level and all of them had been entrusted with the responsibility of five booths each for magement.  He said all of the office bearers would have to spend two or three days in each booth area and form micro magement committees. They will collect all necessary data of the booth and will upload in the website. He said this exercise would continue throughout August in all the 3170 booths of the State.  He said that starting from September till December the party would go for a massive public contact program. “PM Modi himself also will visit the State at least for three times during this period,” Biplab Deb said
