BJP stages protest in Lakhimpur

LAKHIMPUR, Feb  2:  After the news regarding BJP’s alliance with AGP, many senior leaders and hundreds of members of Lakhimpur district BJP protested in front of the district BJP office on Tuesday. They protested against the party’s decision to join hands with AGP to fight in the upcoming assembly polls. Moreover, they said that the present condition of BJP was far better than any tiol or regiol party. They demanded that the party seat of 111. no Lakhimpur constituency should not be linked with the present AGP MLA Utpal Dutta.
