Bodo Sahitya Sabha concludes at Udalguri

UDALGURI: The golden jubilee celebration of Udalguri district Bodo Sahitya Sabha concluded at Ambagaon with an appeal to foster Bodo language and literature. Kamali Basumatary, the MLA of Paneri constituency, inaugurated the open session and she urged the people to delve into deeper studies to develop Bodo language and literature.

The meeting was presided over by Kameswar Boro, the president, and the meeting was conducted by Chubungsa Mochahary, the general secretary of Udalguri district Bodo Sahitya Sabha. Romila Islari, the vice-president of Bodo Sahitya Sabha, addressed the meeting as chief guest. The three-day long golden jubilee celebration began with the inauguration of Devidson Bhobora meeting hall by Pratul Kumar Bhobora.
