DEMOW, Sept 9: In Thowra Tea Estate near Demow, the body of a woman was recovered in a pond on Saturday. The deceased has been identified as Colag Karmakar (45), a resident of Thowra Tea Estate. According to sources, Colag Karmakar, wife of Krish Lohar, was missing since Friday night and on Saturday, the local people of the area saw her body floating in a pond near her house. The local people immediately informed Moran Police and the police sent the body for post mortem to Assam Medical College and Hospital (AMCH), Dibrugarh.
