Book on legal issues released

HOWRAGHAT, May 1: A book titled Abridgement on Legal Important Issue written by Sekhar Engti was officially released on Sunday by senior jourlist Mukul Chandra Boruah at Diphu Press Club. During the book release function, editors of local daily vercular papers were present. The book was written by the author stressing on the importance of legal issues. The author, Sekhar Engti, who has been working as an Additiol Director in Guwahati in the Department of Information and Public Relations, Assam, has already published two booklets earlier titled The Assam Hills Autonomous Council and The Basic Elements of News Story writing.
