BPF committed to all-round development in BTAD: Jagadish Sarkar

From our Correspondent

MANGALDAI, May 3: “The recently concluded council assembly election in the four districts of BTAD is significant in many ways and the most important aspect of the election is that the people of the BTAD area have expressed their full support to the Hagrama Mohilary-led Bodoland People’s Front (BPF) for the third consecutive term. The other important aspect is that the evil design hatched by a certain group to divide the people of the area with the ‘Non- Bodo and Bodo’ definition has totally been rejected by the people as  a large section of non-Bodo people exercised their constitutiol right in favour of the BPF,” said newly elected Member of Council Legislative Assembly from 35 Mudoibari CLAC, Jagadish Sarkar while taking part in a public felicitation function at Kendukalai Bhavan at Kalaigaon in Udalguri district on Saturday.
