Brihattar Asomiya Mahila Mancha Demow Regional Committee Formed in Sivasagar, Assam

DEMOW: A general meeting was held in Demow Press Club on Monday to form the new committee of Brihattar Asomiya Mahila Mancha (BAMM), Demow Regional Committee.

Puspanjali Dutta, president of Brihattar Asomiya Mahila Mancha (BAMM), Sivasagar District Committee, presided the meeting. In the meeting there was discussion on the rise in crimes against women. Shantana Dutta was selected as president, Jugamaya Chetia as working president, Ranju Moni Gogoi as secretary and Rupali Gogoi as assistant secretary of the new 41-member Brihattar Asomiya Mahila Mancha (BAMM) Demow Regional Committee.
