Buddha Jayanti in Digboi

MARGHERITA, May 30: Federation of Barua Buddhists Welfare Association of Assam (FBBWAA) is going to organise Buddha Jayanti at Digboi Buddha Vihar premises from June 18 to 25. On June 18, the day-long programme will begin with Sutrapat and Buddha Puja. On the secondary of the event, a discussion would be held while a general meeting will be held on the last day of the three-day event. Subhas Barua and Sibu Talukdar , president and secretary of the Federation of Barua Buddhists Welfare Association of Assam (FBBWAA) have requested all join the programme.
