Burglars’ gang busted

GUWAHATI, June 16: In a search operation, the Geetanagar police on Friday arrested a host of burglars from different places of Geetanagar. After arresting the kingpin of the gang, Suraj Sharma alias Sunu alias Tanki, other associates of Rahul Boro was arrested from Bhaskar Nagar while one Mintu Das was arrested from Kushal Nagar. Following their confession, the police recovered one LCD TV, two mobile handsets, one cylinder, one Nikon camera besides other commodities.
