Burglary Gives Sleepless Night to Residents in Sunpura, Sivasagar

JOYSAGAR: A gang of burglars is creating terror among the villagers of Sunpura and Betbari areas of Sivasagar town. The gang allegedly looted three shops in the Sunpura area on the night of July 30 and also looted a local villager’s house. Besides, a gang of cattle smugglers has been giving the villagers of Betbari area sleepless nights. The cattle smugglers have allegedly stolen as many as five cows. Villagers have lodged separate FIRs in Sivasagar and Cherekapara PS. Police have started investigation.
