Cabinet okays MoU with French civil aviation authority

New Delhi, June 1: The Union Cabinet on Wednesday approved an agreement between India’s Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) and the French civil aviation authority to implement technical cooperation programme for standards and recommended practices of the Intertiol Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO). The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between DGCA and Direction Generale de l’Aviation Civile or DGAC, would be effective for a term of four years. “The Technical Cooperation programme will be beneficial for enhancement of skills and expertise of DGCA’s officers,” an official statement said.
