Cancer awareness semir in Furkating

GOLAGHAT, Dec 24: To create awareness and to prevent the dreaded cancer disease, a semir will be held at Furkating College in Golaghat on December 27.

The semir has been organized by the Golaghat District Congress Committee in association with Golaghat District Truck Owners’ Association. Dr Gitartha Raimedhi from North East Cancer Hospital and Research Centre, Guwahati, and Dr Pankaj Deka from B Barooah Cancer Research Institute, Guwahati, will be the distinguished guests in the semir. A documentary titled  Sambhav produced by Tech Aid Foundation and R B Music Production will also be screened at the semir.
