Case against three police officers

Jorhat, February 10: A case has been registered against three police officers of Jorhat Sadar police station on Tuesday in Jorhat Sadar police station. A written complaint was filed by Rita Bora, wife of Late Debo Bora, who allegedly died in police custody at Jorhat Sadar police station on January 19. A case was later registered against Pradip Bora, Inspector, Dibyajyoti Dutta, SI and Ranjit Hazarika ASI. Police have registered a case under section 30234 IPC against case no 277/16.
