LAKHIMPUR, March 31: A sensatiol loot incident took place in North Lakhimpur town in broad daylight on Saturday. As per report, a cash amount of Rs. 4,70,000 was stolen from one Faridul Islam when he came to Lahoti Enterprise at Thakurbari Road. He kept the bag containing the cash in his Tata Magic van (AS-O7C 4447), which was parked near a godown.
