Cattle seized

MARGHERITA, April 26: Activists of the All Assam Hindu Students’ Union (AAHSU), Margherita regiol committee, on Sunday seized six cows being carried in a Tata DI car bearing registration number AR124508 at Bordumsa under Margherita Police Station.

Biswajit Duarah and Abhimanyu Gohain, president and secretary of All Assam Hindu Students’ Union (AAHSU), Margherita regiol committee, alleged that they had informed Margherita police but the police refused to seize the cows.
