CB trophy: Assam take control against Jammu and Kashmir

GUWAHATI: Assam are in commanding position against Jammu and Kashmir in the CB trophy Cricket match at the ACA stadium Barsapara here on Tuesday. In reply to Jammu and Kashmir first innings total 196 Assam today bowled out 255 in their first innings.

Saurav Saha (60) scored half century while Shivam Mittal (40), Nibir Deka (38) and Hrishikesh Borah (31) also contributed well for the home team. Jammu and Kashmir were 126-4 in their second innings at stumps on day II. Amlanjyoti Das bagged all four wickets that the visitors lost in the second innings.
