HOWRAGHAT, May 1: The Chief Executive Members of Karbi Anlgong Autonomous Council (KAAC) Tuliram Ronghang while attending the annual teachers’ meet of Karbi Anglong Primary Teachers’ Association (KAPTA) exhorted teachers to give upbeat service to students.
Addressing the annual teachers’ meet held at Dokmoka HS School playground here on Thursday Ronghang said, “Education is the backbone of the society. Hence, to give quality education teachers at present context need to be more passiote and creative.”
He urged teachers to be more practical and punctual on their respective duties.
Meanwhile, he assured to sort out problems occurred in education sector in the district discussing with State Government. Ashok Teron, EM for Health and Family Planning department, KAAC also addressed the open meeting.
It may be mentioned here that hundreds of primary teachers participated in the KAPTA’s open meeting of the programme.
