Chelsea's Costa may not play in Chi next season

London, May 9: Chelsea striker Diego Costa has said he might not leave the capital football club for Chi at the end of the season. But Chinese Super League club Tianjin Quanjian are confident of landing the Spain striker this summer, although they say no talks have yet taken place, according to a report in Sky Sports.

Chelsea head Antonio Conte has repeatedly said he cannot guarantee Costa will stay, but in the meantime the Italian has continued to pick his top scorer on the English Premier League run-in, reports Xinhua news agency. And speaking to South American broadcasters DirecTV Sports, Costa said: “I am the owner of my future and it does not mean that I am going to Chi.” The 28-year-old has two years to run on his current contract.
