Cheques distributed under Majoni scheme

DEMOW, January 30: Under the Chief Minister’s Special Schemes, Assam Vikash Yoja, Sushanta Borgohain, MLA of Thowra Constituency as well as Parliamentary Secretary of the Home Department, distributed cheques under Majoni scheme for 35 newborn girls of Thowra Constituency at Demow Block Primary Health Centre (BPHC). He also distributes sarees to 230 Asha workers of Demow Block Primary Health Centre (BPHC). Sushanta Borgohain encouraged all the Asha workers to do their duty dedicatedly so that they can put in more effort to improve the health scerio of Assam. Dr Sahad Ullah, SDM & HO of Sivasagar subdivision, Kandarpa Kalita, Accounts Mager of tiol Rural Health Mission of Demow along with local media persons and nurses were present in the meeting.
