Chi preventing Paresh Barua’s return, says Sri Sri Ravi Shankar

Agartala, Jan 24 : Founder of the Art of Living Sri Sri Ravishankar who has taken a special initiative to bring all the insurgent leaders of North-East into the main stream has said that Chi is the biggest hurdle in solving insurgency problem in the region.

He said that Chi is trying to create a situation so that the entire region remains as a problematic area of India and at the same time expressed confidence that they will not be able to continue this design for long. The spiritual leader said he has close contact with several insurgent leader of the region specially the United Liberation Front of Assam Parsh Barua and indicated that he has been in captive confinement of Chi’s authority. Talking to Agartala based newspaper at Bengaluru he claimed to have spoken to Paresh Barua several times. He said in April last Paresh told me that he is interested in coming back to main stream but possibly it is the Chinese authority that is preventing him. He is having contact with several insurgent leaders but he was more interested in talking about Paresh Barua. ‘I told Paresh that the Chi is giving you money, weapons and many other things but you are not getting honour’, the spiritual leader said.
