Chief Minister hits back at lin Kohli

SHILLONG, June 22: Chief Minister Dr Mukul Sangma today said that the BJP should get out of its euphoria and start delivering what it had promised to the people of the country. Dr Sangma was reacting to senior BJP leader lin Kohli’s prediction that the Congress government in Meghalaya will not complete its full term. “If he does not do that rendra Modi will sack him. The government is not at the mercy of Kohli. What does he know the good things that have happened in Meghalaya,” Dr Sangma said today. The Chief Minister also said that the Congress party has been ruling the state maximum time since it came into existence and it will always remain in power.  The Meghalaya Chief Minister said that whatever projects Prime Minister, Modi had iugurated during his tenure were offshoots of the Congress’ developmental programmes. “These (projects) are culmition of long drawn measures under taken by the Congress government,” Dr Sangma added.
