Chief Minister's effigy burnt

Tinsukia, Jan 5: Activists of Assam Jatiatabadi Yuba Chatra Parishad (AJYCP)’s Tinsukia District Committee today burnt the effigy of Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi at Tinsukia for government’s alleged failure to b culprits involved in the killing of AJYCP leader Deepjyoti Gogoi. Deepjyoti, organizing secretary of AJYCP Margherita regiol committee was allegedly killed by three youths at Margherita but police have failed to arrest the accused. The AJYCP has demanded immediate arrest of the culprit.
