Chief Minister's special scheme iugurated in Golaghat

GOLAGHAT, January 18: State PWD minister Ajanta Neog iugurated the Chief Minister’s special scheme in Golaghat on Monday. In a press release, the DIPRO, Golaghat stated that while attending a meeting held at Gomariguri Development block, State PWD minister Ajanta Neog iugurated the scheme under the Department of Panchayat and Rural Development. Neog distributed Rs 25,000 to poor religious minority families, Rs 200 monthly old-age pension, Rs 5,000 to small vendors, Rs 5,000 to people-affected by flood and tural calamity and two sheets of tin to beneficiaries. In the meeting Deputy Commissioner of Golaghat Anowarul Haque, Chief Executive Officer of Zila Parishad, Norul Amin Laskar and Project Director Debeswar Bora were present.
