Child killed in road accident

JOYSAGAR, Feb 20: A child died in a road accident on Sunday in Sivasagar. Upen Singh (10), a student of Class III and resident of Bihubar under Bihubar PS, died on the spot when he was knocked down by a dumper carrying stone from Bihubar stone mill. Police booked the driver of the dumper bearing regd. no.AS-04-AC-9356 along with the vehicle.
