Chirang district judicial court iugurated

KOKRAJHAR, February 13: The new building of the Chirang District Judicial Court has been iugurated today by the Chief Justice (Acting) of Gauhati High Court Justice K. Shreedhar Rao in presence of officials of the administration and Judge of Gauhati High Court Justice T. Vaiphei.

 KC Boro has been appointed as the Chief Judicial Magistrate and SP Moitra has been appointed as the District Session Judge in this court. People of the district expressed their satisfaction at the opening of this new court. Among others, BTC Speaker Paniram Brahma, Chirang DC Rupak Kr. Muzumder, SP Ranjan Kr. Bhuyan, Executive Director, Bongaigaon Refinery, Rajesh Ahuja and lawyers from Kokrajhar, Bongaigaon and Chirang were present in the programme.
