CITU slams Centre, State Government

JORHAT, Dec 21: CITU vice–president Deben Bhattacharya on Monday vehemently criticized in the meeting, the role of BJP at the Centre and the Congress in the State for their alleged failure to fulfil the promises made to the people. He alleged that the BJP–led government was following the path of the Congress in corruption.   CITU Jorhat district committee held its 14th conference at Bisturam Barua Hall in Jorhat on Monday. The meeting was presided over by Nirmal Gogoi,  president of Jorhat district committee and anchored by Dibendy Das, secretary of Jorhat district committee. CITU vice–president Deben Bhattacharya delivered his speech as chief guest. A procession was also taken out in the town as protest against corruption and anti–tiol activities.
