Civic action programme organized

MORIGAON, Feb 19: The 128 Bn CRPF, stationed at IOCL, Noonmati, Guwahati organized a free medical camp today at Alisingha village in Morigaon district under civic action programme which was iugurated by Harjinder Singh, DIGP, CRPF Range Guwahati.

On the occasion Madan Kumar, Commandant of 128 Bn CRPF, Pradeep Sinha, Dy. Commandant, Mi Das Borah, Dy. Commandant, Inspector Uma Shankar Singh and Nilesh Shyamalkar, SP, Morigaon were also present in the camp. The doctors of Govt. Ayurvedic Collage including Dr Bhavesh Das (Principal) and Dr AR Sharma and Dr. Snigdha Chetia of 175 BN CRPF and Dr Syeda Washima Sulta of CRPF conducted medical checkup of the patients and medicines were distributed free of costs. Diseases like lever, cough, cold, stomach pain, ENT etc. were treated.

Harjinder Singh, DIGP, CRPF Range Guwahati elaborated about the importance of public—police relationship and emphasized on organizing such programme in future also.
