Clean sweep in volleyball

GUWAHATI,  Feb 9: India clinched gold medal in both men and women event of the Volleyball tin 12th South Asian Games which concluded at bin Chandra Bordoloi  Indoor stadium here today. In the fil, men’s team defeated Sri Lanka by 3-0 while women team too won their fil against same opponent and that too by identical margin. Meanwhile Nepal women team bagged the bronze title defeating Maldives by 25-20, 25-14 and 25-13. Pakistan collected bronze in the men’s event with 25-17, 25-19, 25-13 win against Maldives.
