Cleanliness drive held at Pathsala

PATHSALA, Feb 9: Pathsala town committee recently organized a cleanliness drive to keep the environment clean and healthy.

The main objective of the cleanliness drive was to make people aware of their duties and responsibilities to keep Pathsala town neat and clean. A large number of workers participated in the cleanliness drive. The drive covered Pathsala Hari Mandir, Kali Mandir, Dubi Parihareswar Dewaloi and the market area.

In the programme, Director of Seuj Dhara, gen Choudhary and Director of the Green Mission, Anda Khataniyar, were felicitated by the town committee staff. Himanshu Roy, chairman of Pathsala town committee said, “Various organizations have helped us to keep the environment clean through tree plantation in Pathsala. I also request the people to follow the traffic and parking rules laid down by Pathsala town committee and Bajali administration.

The members of AASU Bajali Zilla Samiti, AJYCP Bajali Zilla Samiti, Pathsala Chamber of Commerce, Pathsala Raax Commitee, Green Mission, Seuj Dhara, Bajali administration officials and many others were present in the programme.
