RANGIA, June 7: Rangia Railway Division, under the guidance of DRM Ravilesh Kumar, undertook a month-long cleanliness drive under the Swachh Rail, Swachh Bharat programme at all the railway stations, trains and platforms within the entire Railway Division starting from May 25. As a part of the Swachh Rail, Swachh Bharat initiative of the Indian Railway, Railway officers, safai mitras and other cleaners under Rangia Railway Division organized a cleanliness drive in Rangia Railway station on Wednesday.

DRM Ravilesh Kumar said, “They have tried their best to maintain an environment of cleanliness for the sake of passengers.” Before the drive, DRM Kumar with all his staff and safai mitra team took a pledge for cleanliness. According to the DRM, their primary goal is the passengers’ satisfaction.

“Our people are working hard day and night to ensure cleanliness for all passengers,” the DRM added. The division has already taken several passenger-friendly steps. During this programme, DRM Kumar also interacted with the safai mitras about their problems and instructed his juniors to solve the problems within a short time.
